Live Your Life While Getting Help

Miracles Recovery Center in Port Saint Lucie, FL has established the premiere Outpatient Program (OP) on the treasure coast of Florida. An OP is a treatment program focused on addiction and other co-occurring disorders such as depression and anxiety.

Our outpatient program offers drug and alcohol treatment  and counseling sessions ideal for people who are not required to live at a rehab facility, but still need some structure and routine.

OPs are ideal for individuals who are motivated to stop using their substance of choice while having the flexibility of a program that will accomodate their busy schedules, allowing them to be independent and attend things such as work and school.

Miracles Recovery Center located in Port Saint Lucie, FL provides outpatient aftercare for addiction and co-occurring disorders. Our outpatient program in Port Saint Lucie helps the individual to stay connected and to continue to receive therapy and group counseling sessions at the later stages of early recovery from addiction. The time commitment in the outpatient program is less than normal that of IOP. Only needing to meet 9 hours a week. The individual still receives individual therapy from a master level clinician once a week and case management.

At the core of the Miracles Recovery Centers Outpatient program is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, also known as CBT. This modality of addiction treatment helps the individual change the thought or behavior over time in a positive manner. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy works on the proven idea that how we think and perceive the events that happen in our world directly affects how we feel, behave, and respond.

Outpatients or OP are a lower level of care that allows the individual to still seek help for Substance Use Disorder, but not cut off from the rest of the world like an inpatient treatment provides. This isn’t always feasible when a person is trying to recover from addiction. While inpatient is sometimes needed, and OP is another option that allows the individual to still work and have a family life.
